Services Offered
TrueNBlue Martinez Concrete provides professional concrete contractor services including, but not limited to, concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, walkways, stamped and decorative concrete, concrete slabs, flatwork, foundations, footings, repair, restoration, retaining walls, and concrete masonry. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on project requirements.
Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if project scope, site conditions, or material requirements change. We will communicate any changes to pricing before proceeding with additional work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Scheduling and Delays
We strive to complete all projects on schedule. However, weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen site conditions may impact timelines. We will keep you informed of any delays and work to minimize disruptions. TrueNBlue Martinez Concrete is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty information will be provided in your project contract. Warranties typically cover workmanship defects but do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area, obtaining any necessary permissions from homeowners associations or property managers, and ensuring that all required permits are in place. You must also keep children and pets away from the work area for safety reasons.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee. Changes to the project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges.
Liability and Insurance
TrueNBlue Martinez Concrete carries general liability insurance to protect both our business and your property. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked before excavation begins. We recommend contacting your local utility locating service before any digging work.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns or disputes regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication may be subject to mediation or arbitration in Contra Costa County, California.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
